Items that were probed are tequila lime pepper smoked salmon which indicated it needed to be refrigerated, Phillip Crab Claw, Dutch Boy Rollmops, OW Comp Seafood Crab/Flavor.*Please repair the display cooler to be able to maintain temperatures at 4°C or lower to prevent foods from sitting in the danger zone.**Food items found in the display cooler were discarded during the inspection.
