      • The floors shall be constructed per code, be smooth and easily cleaned, and be kept clean and in good repair. DETAIL CLEAN THE FLOOR AND FLOOR DRAINS BEHIND THE BARS. MAINTAIN THE FLOOR DRY BEHIND THE BASEMENT BAR.

      • All food should be properly protected from contamination, storage, preparation, display, service, and transportation. FOOD (ICE) NOT PROTECTED DURING STORAGE INSIDE OF THE ICE MACHINE. OBSERVED MOLD GROWTH AND RUST ON INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES OF THE MACHINE. UNITS TAGGED HELD FOR INSPECTION. MUST TURN OFF MACHINES, REMOVE ICE AND HAVE INTERIOR CONTACT SURFACES CLEANED AND SANITIZED. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-005A.

      • All necessary control measures shall be used to effectively minimize or eliminate the presence of rodents, roaches, and other vermin and insects on the premises of all food establishments, in food-transporting vehicles, and in vending machines. EVIDENCE OF RODENTS ON PREMISES AND DOORS NOT RODENT PROOF. OBSERVED 7 RAT DROPPINGS BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR BAR AND 2 DROPPINGS IN THE HVAC ROOM ON THE 1ST FLOOR. MUST CLEAN AND SANITIZE THE AFFECTED AREAS. OBSERVED THE FRONT DOOR NOT RODENT PROOF WITH A 1/2" GAP ALONG THE BOTTOM OF THE DOOR. MUST RODENT PROOF ALL OUTER OPENINGS. ALSO OBSERVED APPROXIMATELY 10 LIVE FRUIT FLIES BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR BAR. ADDITIONAL PEST CONTROL SERVICE IS NEEDED TO MINIMIZE OR ELIMINATE THE PEST ACTIVITY. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-020.

      • THE EXPOSED HANDSINK BEHIND THE 1ST FLOOR BAR LACKS HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER. THE HANDLE FOR THE HOT WATER HAS BEEN REMOVED FROM THE SINK. MUST PROVIDE HOT AND COLD RUNNING WATER AT THE HANDSINK. SERIOUS VIOLATION 7-38-030.

      • All food and non-food contact equipment and utensils shall be smooth, easily cleanable, and durable, and shall be in good repair. PROVIDE ICE BIN COVERS FOR THE ICE BINS AT BOTH BARS.

      • ONE OF THE TOILETS IN THE LADIES RESTROOM IS MARKED OUT OF ORDER. MUST REPAIR.
