- 1) Holes and gaps were observed in multiple areas of the kitchen, including:Around the pipes of both the front and back handwashing sinksBetween the wall and baseboard beneath the food storage rackBetween the baseboard and wall under the front handwashing sink-Seal all the gaps and crevices.2) Acoustic ceiling tiles were observed in the back kitchen prep area.-Replace the acoustic ceiling tiles with smooth, non-porous tiles that can be easily cleaned and sanitized3) Water damaged ceiling tile was observed.-Replace the water damaged ceiling tile.4) The vents of the exhaust hood had grease and debris accumulated.-Clean the exhaust hood.
