      • At time of inspection:1. Most refrigeration appliances were properly functional; however, one freezer was not.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure the upright freezer appliance is properly functional.****THIS ISSUE MUST BE ADDESSED PRIOR TO FIRST OPERATION.

      • At time of inspection:1. Chemical (i.e. chlorine) test strips were not available within this facility.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure chemical test strips are made available to ensure the chemical sanitizing solutions being used are at the correct concentrations.****THIS ISSUE MUST BE ADDESSED PRIOR TO FIRST OPERATION.

      • At time of inspection:1. The operator wishes to operate a barbeque underneath the rear exterior of this facility. It is unclear whether this would be approved by the municipal fire safety codes department.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Contact the municipal fire safety codes office to determine what the options are for operating a barbeque in the rear of this facility. If the barbeque needs to be kept farther away from the entrance to this facility, a temporary hand wash station will be required to be installed next to the barbeque. ****THIS ISSUE MUST BE ADDESSED PRIOR TO FIRST OPERATION.

      • At time of inspection:1. There did not appear to be any food handlers with any food safety training.The owner / operator of this facility is requested to conduct the following, namely:1. Ensure all food handlers take the free AHS Food Safety Basics for special events course.****THIS ISSUE MUST BE ADDESSED PRIOR TO FIRST OPERATION.
