     • Observation: The upstairs kitchen sliding door cooler is reading at 13C. It must be able to maintain 4C or less to prevent growth of pathogens in food [Date to be corrected by: January 29, 2019]
     • Corrective Action(s): Service the cooler to ensure that it can maintain 4C or less. Do not use the cooler to store potentially hazardous foods until it is repaired or replaced (if need be).

     • Observation: Upstairs dishwasher found by staff to have an electrical issue and requires further repair. Downstairs dishwasher still available if need be.
     • Corrective Action(s): Contact undersigned inspector if/when this dishwasher is fixed.

     • Observation: Upstairs dishwasher had no detectable chlorine residual. Under the sink where the chemical bottles for the dishwasher are stored showed that two rinse aid and one detergent were connected to the machine, no sanitizer.
     • Corrective Action(s): Ensure machine is able to maintain a 50ppm residual at all times. Next event scheduled for this weekend. Repair due before next event.
