    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • 6/12. The concentration of the quats sanitizer in the spray bottle was 50ppm. The solution was discarded, and the spray bottle was filled with fresh solution with a concentration of 200ppm.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • 6/12. The door of the freezer in the dry storage room was left ajar and the temperature inside the freezer was measured at 9C. The door of the freezer was closed and the temperature was check again to ensure that it was dropping. Staff were directed to discard any perishable food items.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • 6/12. There was a gap underneath the back door. Repair weatherstripping.
