- Handwash station was blocked by a cart. This was corrected during the inspection by the operator. Please ensure handwash stations are not obstructed to allow for handwashing.
- 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
- Current permit posted is expired. Please ensure a copy of the recent permit is posted where it is visible to the public.
- 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
- There was dust build up on the ceilings vents and on the hood ventilation of the grill/fryer. There was food and grime build up under and behind the grill/fryer. Please ensure these areas are cleaned to prevent pest harborage.
