- 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
- Six bottles of PediaSure Complete Nutritional Supplement had an expiry date of July 2024, and four boxes of PediaSure Complete Nutritional Supplement had an expiry date of November 2024. Four bottles of Similac Pro-Advance Formula had an expiry date of April 2025. Operator removed all expired product from the shelf at time of inspection, and will discuss the issue with staff.
- 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
- The chlorine sanitizer in the spray bottle had a concentration of less than 10ppm chlorine. The chemical dispenser does not appear to be dispensing chlorine solution at the required concentration. Bleach is available onsite, and discussed mixing 100ppm chlorine sanitizing solutions with operator at time of inspection.
