      • Some holes were observed around the plumbing outlets at the walls of two washrooms located in the pre-school area. Please repair/close the holes.
    • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
      • Hot water temperature in the washroom's handwashing sinks was too hot. The temperature was measured to be at 56C.Reduce the hot water temperature and please note that hot water temperature must not exceed 54C. The recommended temperature is 49C.

      • Some garbage bags of heavy material are stored in the corner of a room. Operator is advised to store it away from child use area.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • The non water absorbent outer layer of some of the sleeping mats is cracked. Operator is advised to replace these mats.
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • One coffee table are stored on other coffee table. Operator is advised not to store these in this way as the table on top can fall and injure someone. Operator agreed to remove it.
