      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front of the house hand washing station soap station is jammed and not working. Repair this unit to ensure there is liquid soap and paper towels at all stations.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair and refill unit to ensure all hand washing stations are working with liquid soap, paper towels and running hot and cold water. Staff were using the other two working hand stations at the time of inspection.
