- Operator stated she is soaking dishes in sanitizer, then washing them. Instructed to perform dishes in the correct 2-comp sink method, with poster sent along with this report. Dishes should be washed then rinsed in the same sink, before being submerged in an approved food sanitizer for two minutes, then air dried.
