      • No food contact surface sanitizing solution was readily available. Noted a mixture of chlorine/bleach and vinegar being used to sanitize surfaces. - Advised operator that vinegar is not approved to be used as a sanitizer. - Please provide a 100 ppm chlorine/bleach (mix ½ to one teaspoon household bleach into 1 litre water).
