- 1. Three wiping cloths were noted to be stored on diapering station located in the baby room. Please do not use diapering area for storage area. Please properly cleaned and disinfect the diapering area.2. It was noted that the facility was not disinfecting the diapering station properly. Please ensure that all diapering stations are properly soaked with 1000 ppm bleach solution to achieve proper disinfection levels. 3. It was noted that facility was using cloth towels to wipe soiled diaper stations. All used cloth towels were being stored with wiping cloths that are being used for disinfecting other areas such as tables, food areas, and cleaning clients faces. Please do not use cloth towels to wipe soiled diaper stations. Please use paper towels to wipe soiled diapering stations.4. It was noted that the staff members were not following proper diapering procedures. Staff members were educated with proper procedures during the inspection.
