      • Instant noodle packages were observed to be held in the same container as loose dry pasta. The noodle packages were in direct contact with the loose dry pasta.Corrected during inspection:- The instant noodle packages were removed from the bulk pasta container.
    • 09. Are chemicals stored and handled in a safe manner?
      • Sanitizer solution spray bottles labeled to contain Ammonia chloride measured a concentration of 0 ppm QUAT, and 0 ppm chlorine. Correction:- Remove the unidentified chemical cleaner from the sanitizer solution bottles OR affix the appropriate chemical label to the bottles
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • Food handling permit was not posted at the time of inspection.Correction:- Print and post the food handling permit in an area where it may be easily observed
