      • The following food items in the kitchen were past their best before dates:- Shredded cheese in the white fridge unit- 2 packages of yogurt tubes in the white (frigidaire) freezer- several hot dog packages in the white standing freezer. - a can of beans on the kitchen counter. Discard above listed foods. Monitor foods best before dates regularly and remove foods that are past their best before or expiry dates.

      • Interior surfaces of the white standing fridge/freezer (Frigidaire) unit including racks, compartments and trays were dirty with debris. Clean and sanitize fridge surfaces thoroughly.
