      • The ceiling tile in the ladies washroom across from the kinder room had a ceiling tile that was observed to be water damaged. Please ensure that no leaks are present and replace the ceiling tile.

      • The bathroom door in the middle stall was in disrepair. Parts of the door were taped together, and sharp edges were exposed under the tape. The door was wobbly and not secure. Replacement or repair required.
