- A leak was observed on the tap of the one-compartment sink near the mechanical dishwasher. Ensure that the indicated leak is repaired.

- The wooden cutting boards on the hot-holding table in the front is observed with cracks which make it difficult to effectively clean and sanitize. Ensure that the indicated cutting boards are repaired or replaced to be smooth and easy to clean.
