- Observation revealed two Oxivir containers in the kitchen area containing water and cleaning solution rather than the indicated product. These containers were immediately removed by a custodian to have them properly labeled.A third container was appropriately labeled as disinfectant for clear identification.- Ensure all containers with chemical solution are clear labeled to identify their contents.
