Please use a no rinse food safe sanitizer such as:-Bleach at 100 ppm To mix bleach mix 1/2 tsp in 1L of water.-Quats at 200 ppm To mix QUATS as per manufacturer's instructions. -Iodine 12.5 to 25 ppm. To mix Iodine as per manufacturer's instructions.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • A bucket full of water is noted under the dishwasher, and the dishwasher appears to be leaking. Please repair the dishwasher and ensure the dishwasher is maintained in good repair free of leaks.
