    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Please obtain bleach test strips to test sanitizer levels. Bleach should be at 100ppm for any food contact surfaces, otherwise a freshwater rinse is required if levels are above 100ppm.Please do not use Oxivir TB as this is a strong disinfectant not intended for food/kitchen use.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Please clean stove top vents. At the time of the inspection dust build up was observed in the filters.
