- Sanitizer being used was a heavy duty degreaser. Discussed using household bleach as a surface sanitizer. Please ensure that test strips are provided to measure the correct concentration.

- Dishwasher temperature was 65.3 degree Celsius. This was corrected during the inspection and corrected temperature was 71 degrees Celsius. Please ensure the dishwasher is run a couple of times prior to washing dishes to ensure the desired temperature is reached.
