      • Weatherstripping in disrepair at the backdoor.Ensure that the weatherstripping is in good repair to prevent pest entry.

      • Hot holding unit was at 50C for holding cheese pizza. Operator indicated that pizza was put in there 30minutes ago. Therefore, temperature was increased and 60C was achieved in the hot holding unit.Ensure that hot holding is done at 60C or above to prevent bacteria contamination.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Hand wash sink was inaccessible with sanitizer bucket observed in the sink. Ensure that hand wash station is accessible at all times to encourage hand washing practices.
