   • 05. Do food handlers ensure that food is properly handled in a manner that makes it safe to eat?
     • Food-grade surface sanitizer was not available at the J&A Kitchen and Manny’s Kitchen vendor tables. The manager provided a pre-mixed bleach solution from the on-site kitchen for vendor use.Ensure that J&A Kitchen, Manny’s Kitchen, and any other vendors preparing and/or portioning high-risk foods onsite are equipped with an approved food-grade surface sanitizer at their respective vendor tables.
   • 07. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
     • Thermometer to monitor temperature were not available with multiple vendors.Ensure that the there is a refrigerator thermometer available in all the potable coolers storing perishable food items and a probe thermometer available for routine monitoring of temperature during hot holding for all the applicable vendors.
   • 12. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this farmers' market (Non-Critical)?
     • Alcohol-based hand rub was not available at most of the food vendor booths.Ensure that all food vendors are equipped with alcohol-based hand rub to facilitate proper hand hygiene practices.
