- Food-grade surface sanitizer was not available at the J&A Kitchen and Manny’s Kitchen vendor tables. The manager provided a pre-mixed bleach solution from the on-site kitchen for vendor use.Ensure that J&A Kitchen, Manny’s Kitchen, and any other vendors preparing and/or portioning high-risk foods onsite are equipped with an approved food-grade surface sanitizer at their respective vendor tables.
