    • 18. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this food facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Eye washing fluid (Dynamic brand) expired in March 2024, outside kitchen door.Acute/ER fridge area one Oxivir TB spray bottle expired 12/10/2022. Replace it with bleach water 100 ppm sanitizer spray bottle or 200 ppm Quats sanitizer spray bottle.

    • 08. Do food handlers ensure that food is protected from contamination (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Observed personal staff items sitting on top of a meat slicer. Ensure personal items removed and stored away from food and food equipment in a desinated area.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Cooler has been taken out of service. Currently using 3 reach in coolers stored in an office space across the hall. Inspection of the cooler confirmed what photo's had show previously, mold and rust on the floor which was spongy. The floor of the walk in freezer is also quite spongy and will need replacement as well.

      • Paints chipping on top of three compartment sinks. Ensure it is painted
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Cleaning records are not maintained. Cleaning records must be developed and maintained daily. Weekly cleaning list has been completed. Daily cleaning list needs to be maintained.
