      • A damaged can of soup was found in the dry storage area. The can was removed from the shelf and disposed of. Ensure that all canned foods are free of damage and with proper label.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The chlorine sanitizer solution was measured at 0 ppm at the time of inspection. Ensure that all sanitizer solutions are prepared at adequate concentration and monitor regularly by staff using test strips.
