    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Facility staff mentioned that Windex is used for surface sanitization.Discussed that Windex is not suitable sanitizer, bleach (present on site) can be mixed with water to make a food grade sanitizer.Resources related to mixing the sanitizer would be shared.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • There are no test strips on site to measure the strength of chlorine sanitizer.Please purchase chlorine test strips to be able to measure and monitor chlorine bleach sanitizer solutions.Note: Chlorine test strips can be purchased online.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Gap was observed on the back exit door.Discussed with the facility staff to repair the exit doors to prevent any pest entry.Please note that the facilities shall be equipped with effective screening and tight-fitting closures to prevent the entry of insects and rodents.
