      • Unlabeled bleach solution in OSC room one, the bottle was labelled during inspection

      • - Chipped paint on shelving and cubbies in both roomsPending: Pat communicated the school has a scheduled painting schedule for every couple of years. Painting will be completed during the next scheduled session, possibly next year.12th, June 2025- above violations are still outstanding

      • 1) Finishes were in disrepair in the boys washroom in the following locations: - behind the right toilet- under the paper towel dispenser, near the floor- damage/rust on the metal side panel by the sinks.Please repair and refinish these areas so the surfaces are in good repair, smooth and cleanable.2) There was a water-stained ceiling tile near the bathroom fan in the girls and boys washroom. Please ensure no active leaks are present and replace the ceiling tile.12th, June 2025- Boys washroom is 'out of order', boys are now using the school washroom.

      • The temperature in the boys washroom (school) was too hot. Temperature was measured at 58.5 C.
