    • 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)]
      • Observation: Significant amount of dust buildup on metal wire rack containing pots and other dish ware.
      • Corrective Action: Clean and maintain rack. Ensure that all food contact surfaces are kept clean and maintained on a regular basis.
    • 308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
      • Observation: Mechanical dish washer was missing detergent at time of inspection. Detergent is required to achieve adequate cleaning of food from dishware prior to sanitizing rinse cycle. Staff are manually cleaning dish ware prior to sanitizing.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure that dish washer is provided with cleaning detergent.
