- Hot water temperature was measured at 33.4 degrees Celsius in the facility's washrooms.-Please increase the hot water temperature to ensure proper hand washing procedures. The recommendation is to maintain hot water temperature between 38 and 43 degrees Celsius in childcare setting.

- 1. Long tangling wires were observed in 2-3.5 years old classroom.-Please properly secure or keep tangling wires out of reach of children to prevent risk of entanglement.2. Push pins were observed on walls of some of the classrooms.-Please remove the push pins as these may fall onto the floor and injure a child. Use tape or sticky tacks instead.3. Cabinets used for teachers-only crafts materials were noted without locks in 2-3.5 years classroom.-Please provide suitable locks or child-proof devices for the indicated cabinets to prevent children access to hazardous materials.

There is no sanitizer solution available in the facility's washroom to clean and sanitize diapering and other surfaces.-Please provide designated sanitizer (bleach solution) bottles in the boys and girls washrooms.2. The bleach solution used to clean and sanitize daycare surfaces was inadequate, tested at 50ppm at the time of the inspection.-Please monitor daily with suitable test strip and ensure bleach solution is maintained at 100ppm concentration. This is to assure effective cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces and play equipment.To make 100ppm bleach solution, mix ½ to one teaspoon (2–5 ml) bleach into one litre of water.
