      • There was a toy with a very sharp pointed edge in the OSC room.The toy was immediately removed by the management.
    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • In the infant room and the toddler room(frog 2),the diapering mat was torn and cannot be effectively cleaned and disinfected.The diapering mat needs to be replaced.
    • 31. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Critical)?
      • In the OSC washroom, the disinfectant bottle was unlabeled. The bottle was labelled by one of the staff members on site.
