- There was no probe thermometer for checking food temperatures.

- There was no obvious clutter free food prep surface in the kitchen. All surfaces had appliances, food, trays, clutter. Re arrange, the kitchen, add storage if needed to clear space. The long counter across from sinks is narrow but the best spot for food prep. The small areas in-between the sinks would not be suitable. Prepared food on trays can be put on a trolly to clear space.

- The facility used sponge to clean utensils by scrubbing them.Sponge was removed by the management on site.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- The facility was not using the hand washing sink in the kitchen area to wash hands during food preparation. Education on proper handwashing during the food handling is provided by the Health Inspector, Sylvia Wagar.
