- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats dispensing at around 400 ppm from dispenser at the 3 compartment sink. As per manufacturer's recommendations, quats solution is to be used at 200 or 300 ppm.
- Corrective Action(s): Discussed with staff how to dilute solution to 200-300 ppm until dispenser is adjusted. Manager called technician in for service during the inspection.
