- Observation(s): A broken thermometer was observed in one of the back coolers. All refrigeration units must have accurate thermometers to properly monitor the internal temperature for proper food safety. The operator replaced the broken thermometer at time of inspection.

- Observation(s): Handwashing not observed by staff working at the front area after operating the cashier area and before preparing food products. Hand sink was dry at time of inspection, and no paper towels observed in nearby trash can. Discussed with manager on site to re-educate staff on proper hand washing requirements.
