      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution at the coffee bar appeared cloudy and measured 50ppm QUATS.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): At the start of inspection, bar milk cooler (right hand side) was not plugged in properly and unable to maintain temperature. Temperature recorded from this morning was 10C.
      • Corrective Action(s): Staff identified a loose adaptor for the extension cord. Once put back into place the temperature went back down to 0C.
