The temperature gages displayed 126°F/52°C. ** Action required: Please ensure the dishwasher is achieving the required sanitizing temperature. ** In the meantime, sanitize all dishware manually. A quats sanitizer dispenser was readily available at the dishwashing station and signage was also available to guide staff in performing proper manual dishwashing.
