      • Observation: Floor and general area under counters and coolers in the front service area of the premises observed with food and general debris. Moderate amount of debris. This continues to be an underlying and repetitive issue at this location.
      • Floor drains and area around floor drains at coffee station observed marginally maintained (dirty). A small number of fruit flies noted.
      • Corrective Action(s): make sure these areas are more systematically cleaned on daily basis to ensure food and other debris isn't left to accumulate over multiple days.
      • Floor drain area needs to be identified in daily routine to keep pipes clean and to prevent flies from eating and breeding.
