      • Red bucket container with Quat sanitizer was very cloudy (from wiping up milk/cream spillage).Quat's sanitizer strength measured at 100 ppm.Recommended staff to change these sanitizers out every 2 hours.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • In the back room, hand-wash sink was blocked by empty card boxes, not accessible at all times for employee use.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • 1.Prep counters and prep areas have accumulated debris (including coffee spillage, coffee ground spillage, etc.)2. Prep cooler has liquid coffee spill at the bottom shelf.3. In the back room, exterior door surfaces of all the cooling units were not maintained in clean condition.Advised supervisor to be diligent with cleaning/sanitizing surfaces throughout the day.
