The operator remade the solutions, confirming a concentration of 200 ppm with test strips.It was determined that an airlock had formed in the ecolab dispensing hose due to the sanitizer solution being stored above the line. The solution bottle was relocated to a lower position, eliminating the air lock, successfully achieving a consistent 200 ppm concentration.Quats test strips were available and not expired.
