      • Drinks display cooler temperature is recorded 8 degrees Celsius. Operator indicated that high risk drinks were brought into this cooler about two hours ago. Operator is advised to move high risk drinks to some other coolers which is maintained at 4 degrees Celsius or lower and do not use this cooler until repaired. Operator moved high risk food drinks at the time of inspection.

Operator discarded high-risk food exposed to temperature abuse at the time of inspection, Operator is advised to repair the cooler so that it can maintain its temperature at 4 degrees Celsius. Operator is advised not to store high-risk food in this cooler until repaired.

      • Dish washer is observed not working. Operator is advised to use dish wash sink until dish washer is repaired.
