      • Dishwasher wash was not dispensing properly due to clogged wash arms. Dishwasher was sanitizing properly at 180F on manifold. Technician came shortly after and unclogged the wash pipes.

      • Food permit displayed expired in 2019 and was posted in the kitchen (not in customer view). Please post the updated food permit in an area where the public can easily view it.
