- Corrective Action(s): Repeat Violation: Ensure glassware is washed and sanitized properly. Staff moved the glassware that was recently washed and sanitized in the bar dishwasher to the high-temperature dishwasher in the kitchen and washed and sanitized the glassware properly.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): 1) Glassware washer located at the bar area was not able to dispense minimum 12.5 ppm iodine on glass surface during final rinse cycle. Glassware washer was observed in use at the time of inspection.
- 2) <50 ppm QUATs concentration was detected in the food contact surface sanitizer buckets. Source chemical dispenser was observed with an empty chemical container connected to it.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Glassware were that were recently washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the glassware washer were transferred to the high temperature dishwasher to be thoroughly washed, rinsed, sanitized, and air dried.
- 2) Operator replaced the empty chemical container. Food contact surface sanitizer registered at 200 ppm QUATs from the source dispenser. All food contact surface sanitizer buckets were replenished with fresh QUAT solution.
