- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- Operator is waiting Quats sanitizer strips order. Ensure Quats sanitizer strips available for checking Quats sanitizer strength. Change Quats sanitizer with wiping cloth at least ever 2 hour or as often as needed. Record it on cleaning schedule log sheet.Cleaning schedule log sheet available. Ensure it is dated with time and date, and who performed the task.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Ensure hand sink is not blocked all the time for hand wash. Observed mopping bucket placed in front of the hand sink at the time of inspection. Staff also tried to put a tray on the hand sink while filling third compartment sink hot water at the time of inspection.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Ensure Pest Control Checklist filled monthly and keep then in a folder for inspection. A copy of AHS Pest Control Checklist will be emailed to operator for usage along with this inspection report.
