- Dishwashing procedure was reviewed with supervisor. Dishware is washed, rinsed, sanitized in bleach solution and air-dried. Please ensure bleach solution is maintained at 100 ppm. Use test strips to verify.Measure solution according to the size of the bin used for sanitizing.Using 1/8 teaspoon of household bleach in 500 mL of water may be insufficient to provide effective sanitization of food contact surfaces.
