    • 03. Is all food in this facility fit for human consumption and not unwholesome, spoiled, or adulterated?
      • Samples prepared in the booth were discarded as they were prepared with equipment that was not sanitized with food grade sanitizer.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Lysol surface disinfectant wipes not suitable for food contact surfaces and equipment were removed from use. Bleach solution was recommended and recipe was provided.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Handwash facilities were not available within the booth where food samples were being prepared. Samples were discarded and operator was directed to prepare samples in the HUB Kitchen where appropriate facilities were available.
