- No valid QUAT test strips were available onsite to measure the concentration of the sanitizer. Please ensure valid test strips are available onsite.

- The QUAT sanitizer dispenser for the 4 compartment sink was not working properly. Observed that sanitizer was exiting the sanitizer jug, but was not being dispensed. Measured concentration using test strips was 0 ppm after dispensing, but was acceptable from the jug. Informed operator to follow manufacturer's instructions and manually fill compartment. Please ensure corrective actions are taken and sanitizer can be properly dispensed.
