      • Sanitizer spray bottles and other spray bottles containing chemicals in the kitchen area were not labelled.Label all spray bottles indicating its content.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • Quat sanitizer test strips were not observed.Please obtain Quat test strips.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispenser was empty at the time of inspection. Napkins were moved to the hand wash station at the time of inspection. Please ensure that the dispenser is equipped with paper towels.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • February 27th: The permit posted had expired in September 2025. Please ensure a valid permit is displayed at a conspicuous location.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Quat sanitizer solution in a spray bottle was too strong. The concentration was measured to be above 400ppm. The solution was diluted to the required 200ppm during inspection.Please ensure 200ppm concentration is maintained. Obtain Quat test strips to measure/verify the concentration.

      • The paper towel dispenser at the handwashing sink was empty. The staff refilled the dispenser during inspection.Please ensure the handwashing sink is always supplied with soap, paper towels, hot and cold running water.

      • Food handling permit for the facility was not displayed. Please ensure a valid permit is displayed at a conspicuous location.
