      • Small cooler that was only to be used for water contained a variety of food products including corn dogs, batter, cheese and other toppings.Temperature of foods ranged from 16 to 40 degrees Celsius.All products discarded. Ambient temperature of cooler was 16 degrees Celsius.No temperature monitoring or recording of this cooler.

      • Temperature logs for one cooler showed daily readings between 45 and 48 degrees F with no action being taken.Temperature logs for hot holding showed readings of 30 degrees C with no action being taken.Advised to take corrective action and record that action when temperatures are not acceptable.
