      • In the front prep area, a corner and base of the walls in the new food prep area are unfinished drywall and wood. There are no baseboards in the new food prep area.In the back baking area, a section of wall is missing, and insulation is exposed. Temporary measures have been taken to cover this section of wall with a plastic wrap. In the back baking area, some of the walls and the ceiling are not properly finished (i.e., textured walls).Please ensure all walls and ceilings in food prep areas are in good repair and facilitate cleaning. This issue is outstanding from the previous inspection, so please ensure a plan is developed for correcting the issue in a timely manner.*Owner stated the back baking area will no longer be used for food preparation, and will now be used for storage and office space. He will move the dough mixer to the main kitchen area, as it is the only piece of equipment currently being used. The owner has also committed to making the repairs in the front prep area this week.

      • There is no soap and paper towel at the handwash station in the back baking area.The operator supplied the sink with soap and paper towel at the handwash sink at time of inspection. Please remember to always have this sink fully stocked with supplies and keep one sink open for handwashing.

      • There is grease and food debris build up underneath the deep fryer. Please ensure this is cleaned up to prevent pest harborage.The back storage area is cluttered. There is dust and debris build up in hard to reach areas.Please ensure this is organized and cleaned.
