- ***There was laundry going on the the kitchen at the same time as food handling. Discussed with food handlers present that the laundry was not to happen at the same time as the food handling. Once the washer stopped (3 min) the laundry was not to be switched over or handled until all the food handling was completed.
- 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
- Hand washing station was not available by the outside grill area. Going through the school to a washroom is not acceptable. hand washing must be available in close proximity to the food handling.
