- The high temperature dishwasher was measured at a maximum temperature of 55C at the dish level after 4 cycles.A 3-compartment sink is available for dishwashing in the meantime** Ensure high temperature dishwasher is maintained and able to obtain a temperature of 71C at the dish level or verified with a minimum final rinse cycle of 10 seconds measured at the manifold of at least 82C.
